Please allow up to 10 - 15 business days for custom made items to be ready. Items will be shipped to Singapore the next working day. 

 

All orders would be shipped by normal mail if no mailing upgrade is selected. Choose registered postage to ensure that your items would arrive safely. 

 

 

SINGAPORE LOCAL SHIPPING:

- Free normal postage for every item ordered 

- Registered postage at $4 SGD, Smartpac at $3.50 SGD

- Free registered postage for orders above $45 SGD

 

 

SELF COLLECTION:

Date & Time would be informed after confirmation of order

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Let us know your location so we can check and advise you on the overseas international 

 

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order after payment has been made but feel free to contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

 

The following items below can't be returned or exchanged

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, Roverhound SG will not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

 

 

Returns and Exchanges are only for items that are NOT customised:

- Kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery

- Items have to be shipped within 14 days of delivery

 

 

(Please also take note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer would be responsible for any loss of value)
